3D Matterport Virtual Tours
Standard 3D Tour — Starting at $250
For properties up to 2,500 square feet. Includes:
- Professional Matterport Pro3 scan
- Full cloud processing & 3D model creation
- Six months of hosting on Matterport’s platform
- Branded & unbranded tour links
- HTML embed codes for your website & MLS
- Delivery within 24 hours
Priced on finished square footage:
- Up to 2,500 sq ft — $250
- Up to 3,500 sq ft — $350
- Up to 4,500 sq ft — $435
- Up to 5,500 sq ft — $500
- Up to 7,000 sq ft — $600
- Over 7,000 sq ft — $600 + $60 per additional 1,000 sq ft
Six months of hosting is included. A full year is $20 more at booking, then $50 per model per year. The same rate applies anywhere we cover — there is no travel surcharge inside the service area.
